9/18/2021 - Currently there are no mask mandates in place in Dallas. We are watching this closely, but it in unlikely mask mandates will be in place during this event. While we encourage all of our participants to wear a mask, because of current laws, it is at the sole discretion of each person attending. Because the safety of our guests is our primary concern, we will have sanitizer at the door and around the ballroom. We will also have masks at registration for those needing them. 

*In the event of a major change in the city resulting in a forced shut down of this event, any monies paid toward entries will be refunded in full immediately upon the organizers cancelling.
